Mango "Nice" Cream

Ice cream made with 2 ingredients! Yes…it is possible, and it is darn delicious! This is for all my peeps who dairy is not their friend.


  • 16 oz frozen mango

  • 1 can chilled full fat organic coconut milk


  • Using a food processor or blender, place frozen mango in pitcher.

  • Add a full can of chilled coconut milk.

  • Blend ingredients until smooth and serve immediately.

  • Nice cream may be eaten plain or with fruit, coconut, dark chocolate or nuts.

*coconut milk can be used at room temp, but nice cream will be softer*
