 Hi, I am Jess! 

Welcome!  Thanks for taking the time to stop by.  I am so excited you are here.

I am a recovering perfectionistic over-achiever, yep that's me!  Notice I said recovering. Thank God I have learned the power of grace, along with some wisdom, and a no-filter attitude of a woman who has to round up to 50.  Lethal combo there, but it also gives me great insight into how my clients feel.  

I have been the cardio bunny, the restrictive eater, the calorie counter, the bathroom hunter, afternoon coffee addict, to name just a few things.  I have tried most of it in my quest to find optimal health for myself and my family.   After 16 years of trying to figure out why our daughter had chronic ear and sinus infections, acne, and IBS, a fit husband who was diagnosed with gout at 35, and my own personal weight challenges, restrictive eating patterns, digestive distress, and a bumpier ride on the scales than a roller coaster at Disney, I knew it was time for a change. After countless doctor appointments, rounds of antibiotics, and so many nights of tears and pain, I started digging, researching, and learning.  The only regret I have is not doing it sooner.  

Health coaching, personal training, and nutritional therapy have helped me change our family's lifestyle and food choices.  I have implemented these changes for us and now I want to share how we make exercise, home cooking, and stress management a part of our daily lives.  We have reduced inflammation, cut down on meds or off of them, and feel better at almost 50 than we did in our twenties.

As a Health Coach, Nutritional Therapist, and Personal Trainer, I firmly believe in the power of food as a tool to achieve overall wellness. With my guidance, you can learn how to nourish your body with nutrient-dense foods, optimize digestion, balance your blood sugar, and implement essential fatty acids, and optimize hydration. I also understand the importance of lifestyle factors such as mindset, exercise, sleep, and stress management in achieving your best health. 

I have helped my clients find ways to manage stress, make mindset shifts, and create new habits while prioritizing their health. My coaching style is collaborative and client-driven.   We work together as a team to devise a strategy where you can make positive changes and simple swaps to improve your health while being held accountable, encouraged, and motivated.  The strategies and commitments you make are led by you and for you.  You will come away with the knowledge and ability to take the action needed to keep your commitments to yourself.  You need to be the priority.   We have to pour into our cup before we can ever pour into someone else's.  Let's be real, we all need someone in our corner who believes in us! 


I have been married 27 years, and have 3 grown kids, and a sweet grandbaby to love on.  I love to cook, workout, read, and hang out with my family and friends.  You can usually find me walking the neighborhood, attending a sporting event, my nose in a book, home improvement project, or relaxing on our patio with friends and family.  

I believe we are all meant to thrive.  We are not all the same, and the support we need to reach optimal health is not the same.  I realize we are all unique and the path to our optimal health is just as unique.
