Chia Seed Pudding

Easy go to breakfast, snack, or dessert. Chia seeds are a great source of fiber, omega 3's and a little bit of a cool science experiment.


1/3 c. chia seeds

1 1/2 c. plant based milk

1 1/2 t. vanilla

dash of salt

2 T. pure maple syrup (optional)


Stir all ingredients together in glass bowl.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes then stir again.

Refrigerate and it will be ready in 3 hours.

**Use in parfaits, smoothies, or by itself**

Maple syrup is optional. If you like it a little sweeter, add it. If you are using it as an ingredient in smoothies, or parfaits, you can skip it.
