Banana Almond Pancakes

These pancakes that do not need syrup are loaded with protein and can be served with almond butter, mashed berries, coconut, or eaten plain! Enjoy!


2 bananas, mashed

4 eggs

1 t. Vanilla

1/2 cup almond flour

1 scoop protein powder

2 t. Baking powder

Dash of Salt

1/4 t. Cinnamon

coconut oil for cooking


  • Mash bananas, add eggs and vanilla and mix well in a bowl.

  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, protein, salt, and cinnamon.

  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix to just combine.

  • Heat a skillet and melt a few teaspoons of coconut oil, cook over medium low until golden brown on each side.

  • Serve pancakes with nut butter, berries, coconut or eaten plain.
