Who Do You Want to Be?


What legacy do you want to leave behind? What kind of life do you want? What do you think about? Who do you surround yourself with? What are your values and ideals?


We all have an identity, a person we identify ourselves as. If you want to make lasting change; you have to change your identity.This isn't Clark Kent and Superman double identity, but a small shift in the decisions we make daily."I will order the salad with my burger instead of the fries.""I will take a 10 minute walk this morning instead of checking Facebook.""I will chose to go bed after one TV show."


If you want to be fit and healthy, you have to believe you can be fit and healthy. Every time you do something that is a behavior of someone who is fit and healthy, you make a deposit into the identity bank. These choices are like compounding interest in your savings account of identity.


People do not like change. Becoming aware of changes we need to make is signified in one of three ways:

1. You hurt enough to want to change

2. You see enough to want to change

3. You know enough to want to change

You want to become healthy, but don't know how? You hurt enough to have to change? You have watched loved ones suffer and know you don't want the same thing for your life?

You have learned enough to know there is a better way. Where are you in this journey?


Identify behavior shifts you want to make. Trigger yourself to do something or not do something. Awareness is key to changing your patterns, and creating new habits. Starting small and staying consistent is key to creating lasting change.

You are going to make mistakes, revert to old patterns, but you do have the power to make a better choice next time. Lets take back the power and empower yourself to become the healthiest version of YOU!
