Ready to regain your strength, improve your balance and flexibility? A workout designed especially for you to achieve your personal health goals. Workouts can be done in your home either in person or virtual. Most exercises are body weight based with little to no equipment.
As your Coach, I understand that my clients have busy schedules and I take pride in not keeping them waiting or keeping them longer than planned. Each session will end 1 hour after it was scheduled to begin. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the Client must do so 24 hours in advance. There will be an opportunity to reschedule one session per program.
